Is filler the only option to fix my one asymmetric eye/eyelid? Suggestions?

I like one eye but not the other. I was seeking a surgical option to fix this asymmetric eye and eyelid on the left (/my right technically) since I'd prefer not to get filler every 8-14 months for the rest of my life, or worry about what point the wearing off is noticeable, timing refills, etc. As opposed to a one-time fix.

I spoke with a fairly knowledgable oculoplastic surgeon in Europe and while I don't understand the eye area like he or most surgeons in that field would, he framed it as a lack of volume in that area and therefore adding to it with filler would help resolve the asymmetric look from the upper eyelid. Does that make sense? And less reliably but technically a surgical option being fat graft.

I naively thought some type of surgical option would "cut" or reconfigure the eyelid so that it wouldn't show or be angled this way, and be made more symmetrical. But that's not how it works apparently, right?

Is filler really the best option? Sorry my camera isn't the greatest and I have to hold it out far enough to not distort things, then crop.

30.. And damn, you really think that's not noticeable? To me it's night and day, like it's pulling outward because of how it's angled. Whereas the other eye I'm happy with. And for privacy I'm not posting a full picture but I've found it really throws off the harmony of my face.

Same i have asymetrical eyes but when i zoom in i feel like its bot notisable and the guys on here say its not noticeable and no one notices in person but i feek i throws of harminy. I was able to fraud it a bit by squinting more on one side and it helps but focusing on one minor aspect of one facial features instead of bigger ones like eyvrows is stupid

Definitely not worth time money and effort of surgury. Especially at this level

I don't really perceive it as minor but I guess that's a common thing where I see a lot of other peoples' before/after or concerns raised about a flaw and sometimes I don't think it's a big deal, but it's amplified x100 for the individual person.

And yea for a while I was squinting a bit, but it was hard to get right or else looked dumb even when it felt subtle. My eye on that side has something off with it. Like I can even raise that brow a lot higher than my other.. it feels more 'loose' or something.. but it's ultimately the appearance of the lid that annoys the hell out of me.
