i went to bed at 8am the today, woke up at 4:30 am

tryna fix my sleep scedule asap.

I recommend at least 10 hours of sleep but unfortunately have trouble following my own advice.

I’ve tried melatonin. Worked when I was a child but stopped working when I hit puberty for some reason.

Never tried vyvanse. The side effects don’t exactly make me motivated to try tbh..

  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Vision changes
  • Feeling jittery, hyper, or irritable
  • Dizziness
  • Sweating
 
yes you always want to sleep at natural times, increased hormone production during sleep between 10pm 2am is legit too.
idk why incels always humblebrag about having fucked sleeping schedules because the only thing your doing is amplifying your own subhumanity by denying your already subpar body and mind a proper environment to work and heal in
