boomers got rid of most of the nice benefits after taking full advantage of them their entire working lives, same thing happened with scholarships, they all studied for free yet their children are forced into crippling debt because they thought it was a good idea to get rid of it, now they can no longer buy houses after they graduate because the bank won't loan you any with pre-existing debt.
