Like many of you I am often thinking about making money via Youtube. The problem is for all the ideas I have some guy is already on Youtube doing the content I'd make while already having 5 million subscribers, having done just about any idea I could think of and at the same time having tons of cash available so he can make better videos than I ever could because he got the means to do it.

I did a lot of research and I am finding that new channels today often create really good content but they have just a few hundred subscribers simply because there is already some bigger guy who has already done everything they could ever do. It is really demotivating to see those channels stay small despite good content, good preview images and titles etc.

Do you guys think it's too late to get into Youtube?

It’s ironically not too late I’ve noticed that YouTube channels created in the same year also tend to blow up the year they were made a good example is the YouTube channel Benjamin

His videos are targeted towards a special group of people in a lucrative niche too he’s probably made $100k and his yt channel was made in February this year

it's not too late. you just need to be entertaining and know how to articulate your thoughts well. if you can do that it doesn't matter what you put out. for exposure try making short tiktoks, way higher chance to get noticed as the youtube's algorithm is infamously bad at promoting newcomers. best of luck.

Honestly right now if you're thinking about YouTube for moneymaxxing then you're unironically retarded. TikTok is growing at such a rapid pace that I'm confident it will overtake YouTube in userbase in the very near future, if it hasn't already. Consuming content on TikTok is so much easier: e.g. most people nowadays use phones over computers for content consumption, and TikTok is literally designed to be used on a phone whilst YT will always remain a platform designed for PC use (although they're literally trying to copy TikTok now with the reels feature but they're way too late, everyone already has and prefers TikTok for that).

TikTok is a great platform to get into because it's not crazy saturated right now like YouTube is. It's also relatively easy for new users to blow up assuming they make good quality content that people engage with & share. The payout on TikTok per view is currently shit, but consider these 2 things:
- YouTube's payout per view was absolute shite in its early days too
- The main method for money making, whether on YouTube or TikTok, won't be the money you get from views but the money you get from sponsorships. TikTokkers make fucking stupid money nowadays from sponsors just to talk about a product in one of their TikToks.

In short, capitalise on TikTok's rapid growth and relative early days by getting into that now. Fuck YouTube, YouTube stars are all scrambling to get big on TikTok themselves right now because they're realising that thats where their entire fanbase will be very soon.

Least schizophrenic post.

YouTube “celebrities” are constantly denigrating themselves for pennies. Dante did not describe a level of hell heinous enough for them.

Your content has to be something people both want to watch and isn't algorithmically suppressed by YouTube.

You never want to be the first person to do something, because if there are no other examples of something being successful in a world with seven billion people, then it is extremely unlikely, that that idea could succeed.

Some of the most popular youtube channels got started by copying the ideas of another existing youtube channel, only with hotter girls in the in the video, a better looking person saying the same stuff, and more extreme/dangerous/exotic places and things, with more intense hype and energy.

You have to understand psychology. People want to be entertained but while they are being entertained they want to feel like they are learning something that will make them a multi millionaire and make all the women flock to them. The better you can sell that dream, and the more entertaining your videos the better you will do.

It's the reason guys spend so much time on this website, instead of reading good books on body building or skin care where they could get better information but be less entertained.

It's the reason guys consume red pill shit, that makes them more toxic, instead of focusing on improvement that would actually be beneficial to them. Because the red pill shit gives them the illusion that they are improving and learning, and will make better decisions while also being highly entertaining.

It's the reason tony robins and other self help gurus are successful, because they entertain. They get people up and moving, and clapping, and dancing, and walking on fake glass, or coal that doesn't really hurt you, creating the illusion that these people are gaining super powers of phycology that will make them rich and successful.

It's the reason people go to church and spend so much time reading bullshit like the bible or talking to imaginary friends, because they believe they'll get into a special magical place of pure happiness and goodness.

People are fucking dumb, primal, and have short attention spans. To be successful you have to understand just how incredible retarded people are, and capitalize on that retardness and primal urges better than the next guy. That's all their is too it.

Everyone always has a hard time starting. Any attention is good attention especially with the dislike button gone and normies not using ad-ons. You can make controversial videos that go against algorithms you just need to have people talk about you, that's why some channels blow up that are obvious troll channels, they sometimes change there content later to get in recommended but you don't need to cuck right away just get any attention
