This is a graycel post but help me out here

For people who have been properly mewing for at least a year, have you seen any noticeable structural changes or has it all been a waste of time?

I saw changes, but I don't know if that was mewing or puberty.

Yes I’m 24 also but not changes like turning me into a chad or anything. My hyoid bone is probably a bit higher

have you noticed any upswing in your maxilla or increased chin projection?

No just my penis shrinked by 2 cm

yes but you need to mix mewing with good posture, gymcelling, taking care of yorself overrall
if you do that from age 16 and up you will def see many many changes

My upper eyelid area shrank a couple mm over the course of about a decade and now they are hooded most of the time. Don't expect it to radically alter your face.

damn thats insane. Did you notice any other changes (eg cheekbones, gonial angle, midface, maxilla). Also what age did you start bro

Hard to tell because I did not take very many pictures from around when I started. Probably started a bit when I got my upper braces off at around 15 (I did not wear my retainer and they stayed straight and my retainer doesn't fit anymore, so I assume that's what happened). I was definitely explicitly mewing in early university so late teens, so roughly a decade. I would have seen it on /fit/ around then.

It will prevent you from further melting

good to hear man, I personally need to reverse the effects of mouth-breathing as a kid. Im not expecting radical changes but any movement will help

it is. no one makes accurate, consistent measurements to see what mewing has supposedly done for them. it could be weight loss, less bloating etc

Neither have I seen any actual scientific measurements but there are definitely examples out there where you can see clear changes in facial structure. Also it does make sense with an evolutionary argument based on the fact that our diets are fucked and the rates of teeth misalignments and removals are so high it would not make sense for this to be so common if we are doing everything our ancestors did
