Kinda low if you just ate, 5.4 is normal in the fasting glucose range. Dizzy could also mean low iron

There’s three settings and I have no idea how that works, one is full apple, one is bitten apple and one is apple that is like crossed. I turned it on for measuring after eating, I did not use the fasting option

Very, very rarely
What was rare is the possibility you'll came out with a functioning brain, and you didn't (combination of many posts so far)

Having low iron is rare? I have low iron lol
It's not rare, it's pretty common. some people have problems to digest B12 / folic acid / Iron, combine with vitamin C deficiency (not all the time) which create low hemoglobin (yours is actually fine, was like 15?) or iron storage. just that also many people have high iron so taking iron blindly is dangerous because high iron is way more brutal than low iron.

Why is it more brutal?

It will get stored on your liver, heart etc and can create major health problems to your organs and cause diabetes.

Better that way than high, and yours is actually fine i saw it (you have 15 hemoglobin) 15/16 is perfect.
Yeah but serum iron was bellow the normal range of 10-30

Thoughts on my blood glucose levels?

The major concern is hemoglobin because that's what indicate how your body use the iron, you can have low iron storage but your body will be efficient in using it. but you still want to watch it.

My thoughts are wait 8 hours without food or sweet drinks and check, not between meals.
