Skin is eaiser to fix with a low dose of Tretinoin.

Hair is kinda hard unless you can tolerate finasteride. like a small dose of 0.25mg Every other day (M W F) to test if you can handle the drug.

Dermaroller of 1.5mm weekly.

rosemary oil scalp massages.

Biotin 10k IU
Vitamin D3 10k IU
Zinc
Iron
MSM of 3g daily
tocoterilne (Vitamin E)
coq10
