Is Navy Bodyfat Test accurate for measuring bodyfat or nah?

Nothing is as accurate as a scan, for instance DEXA, which has an error range around 3% (wide range, but it's the best we've got) Calipers are a decent second option, but calculators can be way off your true BF.

Probably more accurate than any other calculator since the Navy uses it.
 
Not accurate for me, gives me 16-17% but I look more around 20% and another guy I know 8 when he's 13

Where can I get a dexa scan? I'm really interested in getting one
