I was thinking about stoping drinking water and only hydrate myself by healthier and tastier things, no one wants to drink water anyway
But on the other hand I drink about 4l(tap water) everyday for debloat

A lot of tap water in Europe is considered heavy water, so its full of minerals and for examples dries your hair making it frizzy

Also many Western governments add fluoride to water supply cause of alleged dental benefits...

So if your tap water comes from the ground, for example of you live in more isolated area you will be fine, worst case scenario add a shower filter

Also consider that since these hoes are all on birth control, when their per reaches the purification center they can't actually clear the water from the hormones present in the water, so it gets readded to water supply cooking your hormones beyond repair

So if you live in a city where the water comes from depuration center your are certainly cooked without any doubt

You are getting fluoride and birth control hormones.

thats what i did when i went there, if you care about microplastics i know there are water fountain stations where the water is semi clean in italy, sure they have bottled spring water there too
