Maybe calves are good since they look nicer in shorts
But legs make u look very wide in ur lower half
Im thinking about either skipping it totally or doing 4 sets only per week

I kinda looks stupid if your upper body is much bigger than your lower body

I watch lots of this channel bp fitness and he says doing too much legs makes ur body release more cortisol, give u anti v shape and makes ur upper body look. Smamler

If u only do gym I think u should work them out every once in a while to avoid having a goofy ass physique but if u do sports then i dont see why u should hit legs

Focus on upper train but train legs sometimes because you dont wanna look like a chicken on summer

if you hold a large amount of your fat in legs it can be worth but otherwise if you do a solid amount of cardio you will look fine

If ur really skinny skinny and tall then yeah, a small amout of quads won't hurt nobody. Big legs look bad on shorter people tho. Also training them will improve ur test levels, but its just a small temporary spike, so its still pretty useless to do so

itll make your waist look smaller in comparison Tiny legs on a wide upper body look weird doesnt rly matter to most ppl tho
