This is a better photo of my nose but it’s actually may wider than it looks

If your referring to the copper peptide “Ghk-cu” it doesn’t shrink your nose because it’s a healing tripeptide

Complete opposite. Read caption
HOw is it the compelte oppisite ur midface is long and ur gonial angle is also horrid therefor ur jaw looks narrow as fuck from the front your mouth looks overly wide because of ur jfa so it does NOT harmonise with ur nose

how is my gonial angle horrid

only temporarily, not permanently. they improve your bite long term
how do they improve it long term? Posterior bite blocks are used to close open bites + they will not shift bones you are not going to reverse downward growth + rotate your jaw any noticeable amount and most likely not at all

each case is different, no way of knowing how it'll affect this dude until you see his bite.

wether or not his bite is open he will not gain any ccw from bite blocks they do not shift bones
" bite blocks can facilitate counterclockwise (CCW) rotation of the mandible."

lmao bite blocks + tads + rmi NO orthodontist is going to give someone tads who does not need it and his parents certainly would not want him having screws drilled into his gums lmao especially after the orthodontist consult proves he does not need them

well you don't know his bite, why do you keep making retarded assumptions? theres no way to know until you know his bite

I don’t need to know his bite to know that his jaw isn’t going to widen and have ccw from bite blocks I can’t believe this is even a debate BITE BLOCKS CANNOT SHIFT BONES and if his mandible rotated like you claim posterior bite blocks would make it without the maxilla rotating then that would only result in a overly short lower third

hes 14, it will facilitate proper development and growth giving better rotation long term, but you are right it would harm overall facial harmony.

the craniofacial development is 90% finished developing by 13 if his ccw is bad now it will be bad when he’s 20

Mandible doesn't stop growing til about 18 or 19 in most males. By 14 I agree, pretty much everything is fully done e.g. zygomatic bones, infra orbitals, maxilla, supraorbitals etc. However this does not include the mandible, it continues growing past this age.

90% done growing by 13

10% of 18cm is 18mm btw, do you know how much 18mm of mandible growth does for your lower third? 13-18mm of mandible growth is incredible even though its only "10%"
that isn’t how it works 💔 the growth is not only foward it could be lateral or downward

well that depends doesnt it
no it doesn’t depend there is 0 chance of him getting 1.8cms of jaw foward growth it’s lateral and downward like I saw his jaw has already grown downward so anything more is just going to mess up his tfwhr and facial thirds even more

If you're talking about nose width, use fme, marpe, or maspe. If you're talking about nose length, wait till you're 18 (if your nose isn't at desired length) get a rhinoplasty.
