Throughout the day: 3x gym a week , trying to be in a 300cal deficit
Taking accutane
Night: the ordinary on eyelashes and ukbrow eyebrow serum on eyebrows (once a day)
Frauds: 3-5cm shoelifts , green eye contacts , hair perm

Gym and skincare. I'd add some non prescription drugs for lowering inhibition if thats an issue. I used to apply a nicotine patch and take modafinil when I was in college
