Is training hyoid cope or not?

my hyoid pisses me tf off especially while I’m smiling. Visible, even though I’ve got a good jawline.

Has anyone seen results hiding their hyoid/skin under their jaw by training it?

Mewing hides it, but as soon as my tongue is off the roof of my mouth shit spawns in.
