no its basically microneedling your face to increase blood supply there for collagen and scar tissue repair etc but yes PRP can be used in conjunction to directly injected the platlet rich plasma needed to heal those micro punctures

I was just doing a bit of research, there’s a treatment called “Vivace” which combined microneedling and RF and can additionally be combined with PRP. Probably the best facial out there apart from the one that you give to JBs yourself.

I think the salon cost is a bit brutal for this treatment as well.

Not really difficult to do yourself. Just need a centrifuge for the blood separation and a Derminator or such thing.

Look through some of my posts, I've done both vampire facials and topical prp/prf cream, ~10 treatments done and definitely noticeable, worth it if you have the funds, otherwise you can do it yourself for relatively cheap
