I don't care about the 'vegans are soyssssss' stfu. The thought of just eating plants looks very clean and pure to me. Idc about the animals, just want to be healthy and age well. Plus i researched that for every mineral there is a plant for it so you can survive without meat

Really, why do you think that? All studies have shown that vegans age better and live much longer then normal people. Their risk of various diseases goes exceptionally down

Just want to know why people here hate it so much. Maybe because majority don't have the will to quit meat

It doesn't make any sense. Why limit yourself to no animal products, what's the reasoning.

There are many factors which explain this. The reasons vegans live longer is because in general they make more healthier life choices (ie. not smoking, not eating fast food, not drinking heavily) compared to non vegans. This skews the results and would lead many to think that veganism is healthier, when in reality it is not the vegan diet making them healthier but it is them taking healthier life choices compared to the rest of the population.

idk bro I personally tried being a vegan for a week as a challenge with my friend but failed after a week. I just missed chicken, steak, eggs and milk so much that it made me irritated all the time

Yeah this does make sense, but i have read that todays chicken and beef is not healthy because it's not organic, these animals are stuffed with hormones and antibiotics so thats quite disturbing. Grass fed beef every second day non fried would be ideal but very expensive

you have grass fed beef as the standard in countries like Australia... and they have the exact same health problems Americans do, which is astounding since australia has next to no nigger population to bring down the averages. The whole organic angle has always been a sleight of hand nonsense by the meat industry. While its certainly preferable to have healthier animals, its amount of meat consumption that is causing problems. This is most noticeable in developing countries... countries that in a very short period of time go from poor to relatively affluent. Vietnam, where I live as an example, went from having diabetes be almost unheard of to now being a significant health problem in less than 20 years. When countries become affluent and middle classes develop, the biggest dietary change is a massively increased consumption of meat. Its why, historically in the middle ages, diabetes (they didn't call it that back then, but the symptoms are obvious from historical texts) was considered a disease of affluence... only the elite could afford to be eating large amounts of meat on a daily basis.

Thanks to capitalism, even poor people can afford large servings of meat and dairy multiple times per day.

Anyone who is looking at the overwhelming amounts of evidence with a clear head will inevitably come to the conclusion, that at the very least, meat consumption in your diet should be reduced. This is a near universal position by health authorities, globally. But instead, people choose to listen to kooks and bloggers trying to make patreon NEETbux off them so they dont have to work a real job.

I do not think a strict 100% vegan diet is necessary, although for someone who is already in a poor state of health, it may very well be.

No, caloric restriction or periodic fasting are real anti - aging lifestyles. They are cheap too.

i never said to stop eating meat, i said plant based is best

i still eat meat, living by the coast and getting fresh fish is best. but even the sea is rapidly becoming indian and theres microplastics found in even the flesh of fish

blablabla bullshit upon donkey shit suck a dick :feelsyay:
Watching vegan couples raise their anemic malnourished children should be enough of a sign but apparently not.

You might want to look into the Mediterranean diet instead of complete veganism. It is very healthy and protects against many health problems. Eat fish, vegetables, olive oil, nuts, whole grains, legumes and chicken. Pretty much avoid red meat at all costs. Try to make your own meals instead of buying processed and ready made shit.

Depends, just have to find out what works for you.

Though most vegans I've seen do look like they're about to fall a sleep from anaemia.

Thats mostly because they forget to eat iron rich plants tbh, there is no reason to develop anemia if you know what you are eating
