The thing about having kids is that it's so fucking dogshit when they are crying babies, kids and teenagers. Too much work and responsbility, on top of that they're too loud, obnoxious, annoying.. etc. Too much of a hassle basically. You also get locked down geographically and romantically pretty hardcore.

If I could have a kid, just leave, and come back when he/she is 20and they would care about me, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Having adult kids actually sounds pretty awesome. When you grow old you're not completely alone on this world, and hopefully someone cares about you.

But all the effort in raising them etc, is just too much.
