This is really a simple answer. If you are class 3 you can have just lefort 1 arvancement. If you are class 1 then just a lefort 1 will give you an over bite and you will need double jaw surgery.

If you have no ogee curve after lefort 1 you actually had hypoplastic cheekbones to begin woth and you can get custom implants there to give those backX

For better harmony would prefer both jaws moving.

Doubt one jaw would be recessed in complete isolation.

Moving both jaws allows bigger overall movements as the bite will have to allign at the end. (Ask surgeon to confirm that point)

So far no changes to face but that takes a long time. My blood tests that i took and posted were lost in the post so going to take another one end of cycle and see if anything is off.

I know i was clinically low T before starting.

Overall its been absolutely fantastic. I feel euphoric on 100mg of test im actually just feeling so good about things. My prediabetes is gone (most dont know low T severly impacts insulin resistance) . High libido. Anavar gives great muscle pumped look plus it gives you amazing skin (think korean glass skin) anavar is used in burn victims.

I had really similar things done and it turned out good apart from needing revision here and there and I'm not all done yet

I would get the overbite fixed with bsso and then get all the other crap done, most important thing is showing your surgeon before/afters of exactly what you want tbh

this is why I say nuance is so important lol even the lips make a massive difference in your case and yet everyone thinks they can just get bimax and then it's done

The sum of 3 subtle surgeries which are complimentary is better than 1 bold surgery

It's better to get 2 or 3 subtle surgeries than trying to go really bold with 1. The idea is that the sum of the handful of procedures can make a night and day positive difference but still look natural and no one can say for sure what exactly it is. For example, getting double Jaw Surgery...

My chin is decent too, my face shape is very weird, I have a really great smooth neck, I actually asked my ortho, he said my lower jaw is recessed so I was like "why is my neck so awesome and smooth then" he said like my throat is far back or something.

Yeah, for like a month but it does suppresss testosterone.

You need a test base especially if you are low T person to start off as.

You will start getting low T symptoms after that time.

I.e. headaches, insulin resistance ect.

I was happy with my anavar only results but the side effects of suppressed T forced me to have a test base of 100mg ew.

What people done Unterstand is you don’t actually have an OG curve. You are just recessed that the cheeks pop out more. Ogee curve based on recession is like winning a race against a handicapped toddler. You won but who gives a shit? They will rather be mad at you for not letting him win.
