yesterday i bonesmashed my cheekbones pretty hard and obv they swellled up pretty quickly and i went to my studycelling i was just washing my face and my mom noticed that asked whats that i larped it off as i feel she asked you got injured in very specific parts , i knew i fucked up , now my dad is asking if im having self harm tendencies jfl , how tf do i explain?

yeah i full forced knuckled my face for like 20 minutes, but only chin doesnt swell up cheekbones swell up like a baloon even with a little bit of force.
