check your AFP and B-HCG blood levels as goddamn fast as possible, if any of this is elevated go for a CT scan and hope for the best but expect the worst. I had the exact same thing but turned out to be testicular cancer, if I caught it earlier I might have not needed chemotherapy and surgeries.

I had torsion from when a ball bounced of a wall and hit me right in the balls. Had to have surgery but still have both bollocks
