Weed. Speaking of which, I’m smoking one right now. Makes me calmer. Less suicidal thoughts especially at night. I still get them sometimes, just not as bad as before I started using it.

Whenever I smoke weed I just get more suicidal and everything in my life thats shitty is exacerbated 10x in my head, the only good things about smoking weed for me is that it makes music better to listen to which was my cope for a long time. how tf do u smoke it and feel less suicidal???

Yeah, but I’m snorting and smoking because my body is just a meat suit. I’m trying to control it but it won’t listen to me you know. That’s the way genetics wire your brain and body. If you have a subhuman brain it ain’t gonna work better just because you tell it to work better. Like one moment I’m thinking about all the positives in life and the next I turn depressed and just want to grab a gun and blow my shit out.
