Jaw surgery after rhino

I don't have the time for recovery nor the money to get jaw surgery and a rhino is much needed right now

Does anyone have worst case scenario pics of jaw surgery affecting the nose?

Unfortunately I don't live in an ideal world

Need to gamble and assess the risks, I mean I might not even get jaw surgery

Almost impossible to predict, though it seems like the most often change is that the nostrils get a bit bigger

Jaw surgery takes a while to prepare anyways. You will most likely have 6-12 months to get money. If you can afford the rhino now you will be able to afford it after surgery as well. If not take a credit. It won’t be that much if you save the whole year. It’s your face. I wouldn’t risk it. I stood before the same decision tho ngl. You should get Scans first and then see what you Need.

Not clear what I will get yet. I have my second consultation soon. Probably not a bimax tho. Will have to see and talk with my surgeon. I have mostly aesthetic concerns and he knows that so yeah. Will see

You have to do the jaw surgery before. Otherwise since jaw surgery can affect the way nose looks it could chance your nose in a bad way and all of the money you gave for rhinoplasty will go to garbage.Because it will change your nose

thats because nearly no one gets jaw surgery after rhino because it has to be other way around. Advancement of the upper jaw and rotation too makes the tip of the nose more turned up. So if you get jaw surgery after rhinoplasty your nose may be too upturned now for it to be considered attractive. Or jaw surgery also makes your nose wider(I heard some sort of stitches can be done to your nose during surgery to minimize that effect like this but I am not sure) and because of this reason your nose may not stay in the shape you got after rhinoplasty.

Was that a normal Lefort 1 cut? Looks very high-cut. Almost up to her infraorbital rims.

Probably not normal lefort cut but a higher lefort cut.
