I will see Alfaro next month for maxillomandibular advavcement with counterclockwise rotation, specifics of the surgery will be worked out in person with 3D planning.

Is there anything specific I should mention to him about results I would like to see from the surgery?

How do you know if you lost all density? Are there some standards like 20 hairs per cm or so? I feel like my density is very low, but I need some kind of way of knowing if thats really the case or not. If I go to a surgeon he will just say, yeah you have shit density, you need a hairtransplant so he can make money. If you compare density in the back to the front, is there a significant difference in your case?

@Acromegaly_Chad that's one thing I'm wondering about with this surgery. I'll still probably have a short ramus and overall splachocranium size as heightface has pointed out. This is something outside of the scope of this surgery that would have to be addressed with implants or something if I want further improvement? Or it's not really possible to fix. This upcoming surgery should just really fix the recession I have and hopefully improve the submental.
