it's not fat it's musclesYour masseter gets more prominent when your teeths are clenched. Also if you put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, you‘ll pull the little bit of fat under your chin slightly upwards

Falim gum every other day for one to two hours. Start off with a couple of pieces but slowly increase it to add more strength. Regular gum disintegrates and doesn’t add enough resistance so you overwork the cheek muscles and it has a ton of shit in it.so just chew gum to develop the masseter muscle?
