Sound like you have some serieus anaxiety / depression. If it's not severe I would advise to just get exposed to the fear till the get away. If it's harsher then that I would say you need to get to a psychiatrist. Anaxiety can be so bad that you are afraid to leave the house get dizzy etc. Then
Your brain levels are too of and you need some medicines to balance your levels out. These medicines are risky asf and could have side effects. Effexor is prescribed alot for your symptoms.
