Custom implants are good though, it just depends on the doctor and the proportions to your face. People keep getting these exaggerated implants that don't fit their faces. Especially for people with deformites like me who have a cranium deformity to fix assymetries, because you can't move every bone in your skull with surgery realistically only something like Bimax.
