Jogging on sore thigh muscles was a bad idea

Always rest and recover fully and then continue on the next exercises .

Made a severe mistake and went to jog at night .
And that to a high intensity run.
 
Update:
Run got completed at 5:20
 
update: my leg is a bit sore now :pepefrown::feelsbadman::feelsrope::feelscry::feelscry:
