septoplasty is what the functional part is, i’ve had a deviated septum for years and finally got it fixed. It’s partially why i developed poorly cuz i would mouth breath a lot as a kid due to my nose being blocked

i just had it tdy ima post a b4 and after once the swelling goes down. for the splint to come off tho it takes a week and swelling could take up to a year b4 it fully goes away but i’ll look normal ish ina few weeks

i just turned 18 going into senior year and i’ve had my deviated septum for 6 years. The ENT doctor told me that it was 4 milimeters deviated and that if I did have the surgery done the only way it would reverse would be if i got hit hard or smt

well my previous nose had a bad dorsal hump. was crooked (not too bad tho), and was bulbous in the front. So, i went to a more conservative plastic surgeon that gave that more natural look and he said in post opp he addressed all those issues. I’ll tag you in my next post if u want to see
