I don’t understand neck liposuction, I probably have horrible neck fat storing genetics jusging by my some of my family but I just stay low bf and it’s no big deal. Why would you spend all that money on a relatively ineffective procedure when you’d get just as much losing weight. Idk if I’m off here I haven’t done any research into it
