he just want natural looking result from the surgery or fillers ( impossible)
He needs to fix his jaw definitely. Worst part is he probably won't get it. Imagine being afraid of putting your tongue in a certain position.
Even then I've seen "natural" chad tier jaws irl and most people irl would say it looks uncanny because almost no guy in school has a jaw like that. It's important to not be uncanny though, but it's not like life doesn't improve once you get your face fixed
