WhyCareful with ashwagadha and anhedonia…
Look into ashwagandha and anhedonia. Could be bad to take it regularly and long term. Think it might be an effect of lowering cortisol too much but search for some studies about it. I only came across this recently. Thought ashwagandha had 0 downsides but looks like it could have a pretty big one. Probably best to reserve it for sporadic use only and use something like cistanche, cordyceps or tongkat ali instead.
