fuark i fucked up my circadian rhythm good. I always went to sleep at 6am to 3pm but today i gave myself an oath to sleep before 12am and wake around 7am, fell asleep at 11:30 and just randomly woke up at 3am and now it's impossible to sleep. Brutal sleeppill

ur in big trouble if u don't fix this early. Get on some sleeping pills for a few weeks, go to bed and get up at the same time every day no matter what.

I like melatonin because It makes easier to cope with anxiety and Is not addictive. You may want to try that

Speaking from experience, you can become dependent on it with long-term use. But it's one of the safest sleep aids

yeah benzos work, but higher chance of addiction and side effects. Ideally you don't want to take anything long-term
okay it's 5am now, i fasted the previous day cause i heard how not eating 24 hours will reset meal times, im hungry af right now and plan to breakfast at 7am. Should i then survive with 3 hours of sleep and go to sleep today at 10am?

assuming you meant 10pm? Yeah it's better to stay up for rest of the day. Don't drink any caffeine in the evening
