I have recessed infraorbital on a huge skull and thus have really deep sunken eyes. I’m wondering if getting filler is good enough to counteract this or if I really need to spend the full amount on under eye filler.

Filler vs filler. Hmm.

Implant is superior. A lot of Filler (regardless of material) under eyes or cheekbones is bad, since when you smile the filler moves with the muscle, and will look odd af, an implant stays in place, and acts as bone unlike filler. I only recommend filler under eyes when is in small quantities
