i can't cope not eating pizza and hamburgers everyday food is everything dopamine is everything:feelswhy::feelswah:

that's the problem i can't control the urge anymore. i have to go in every night otherwise i go to sleep miserable and wake up still miserable

I mean, get help or something man
If you learn to control the urge you can eat whatever you want as long as you eat the right amounts of it, you don't have to give up your favorite foods

if i don't eat other lean proteins as well i'd be hungry as hell so my total calories end up exceeding way more than my maintenance calories

I promise I know better than you about this

even if you don't do what I did you can still incorporate it into your diet, you don't have to just stop eating it all together.

Nobody but big bodybuilders and professional athletes can eat that much, those who say they can are lying or drastically overestimating their calories.

Stop having this fantasy about being able to eat 4k calories a day and rather focus on eating low calorie dense foods. Check out Coach Greg's cookbok (torrent it of course, overpriced af).

I am going to gym mainly because gaining muscles increases my caloric demand.

I guess you are like me. You need to eat until your stomach is full and your guts are sending message to brain that they are done with delay.
That's why you should try intermitent fasting - IF. You are eating twice or even less a day - its hard to get used to it for the first 1-2 weeks but then you will not feel hunger between eating meals, trust me.

Just get some muscle and do 1 hour of swimming a day and you pretty much need 4k just to maintain.

Eat food with 0 calories that have large volume. Like vegetables or salads or whatever. Tricks your body into thinking you're full

going to the gym pretty much 3-4 times a week still isn't giving me the facial leanness that i want. gonna go for longer sessions ig and do some cardio cuz i'm only lifting weights for like 30 mins that's it. gotta go harder tbh if i want it bad enough

You're either eating too much or thinking that you're going to get amazing results in a few months (you're not). Getting lean takes time, it's not a quick fix.

Lifting weights barely burns calories, so going from 30 to 60 min won't do much other than helping you build more muscle.

protein makes me full ngl 3 or 4 eggs with the yolk really satisfy me til like 4-5 pm

too much calories is what's stopping me from leaning down facially. i eat 3500-4000 calories on most days sometimes even more lol it's not really surprising that i'm still bloated
 
Don't just exercise also use your brain to burn calories

carrying more muscle burns more calories thru out the day tho? that's what i'm aiming for, have enough muscle so that i won't rely on cardio to maintain leanness. still not an excuse to avoid cardio
 
I fucking knew this was true, always noticed when i would study something insane my brain would begin to heat up and i would get hungry af jfl
i lose weight quick when i'm stressed with school, brain power can't be underestimated tbh
