protein makes me full ngl 3 or 4 eggs with the yolk really satisfy me til like 4-5 pmEat food with 0 calories that have large volume. Like vegetables or salads or whatever. Tricks your body into thinking you're full
too much calories is what's stopping me from leaning down facially. i eat 3500-4000 calories on most days sometimes even more lol it's not really surprising that i'm still bloatedYou're either eating too much or thinking that you're going to get amazing results in a few months (you're not). Getting lean takes time, it's not a quick fix.
Lifting weights barely burns calories, so going from 30-60 min won't do much other than helping you build more muscle.

carrying more muscle burns more calories thru out the day tho? that's what i'm aiming for, have enough muscle so that i won't rely on cardio to maintain leanness. still not an excuse to avoid cardioGym doesnt burn much calories, cardio does.
