How does CO2 laser resurfacing work?
C02 laser resurfacing uses pulses of laser light. These beams penetrate the skin’s surface, where water in the skin cells absorbs them. When this happens, the epidermis, or superficial layer of your skin, is vaporized. The dermis, or middle layer, heats up, stimulating the growth of new collagen fibers. As the area heals, new firmer, smoother skin replaces the old layers.
Now correct me if I'm wrong but most of the cartenoids that create that Thomas Strzid look is stored in the hypodermis part( in subcutaenous fat).
This is why people who have great colouring naturally get pale and bland colouring when they put on fat since the cartenoids they eat now get stored in fat as it is fat soluble for eg
Delon when thin:

sendhil when thin:

So of course losing fat may improve colouring but another thing I noticed is thinner skin leads to better colouring as well aka the dermis is very superficial:
This guy has one of the thinnest skins Ive seen for his body fat and he has the best colouring of any ethnic I know:
So do you think vaporising the dermis and losing fat can help the cartenoids stored in the dermis/ hypodermis become more prominent?Lending to a striking look?
