it is really fucking hard, but it is worth it being 9% and looking turbo good

i fucking hate how i am sabotaging myself, i am around 13% rn and i look good, both body and face but i know how insane it would be at 9% but the self disgust i had at 22% bf is gone and it no longer motivates me

back to my clean eating 1.8k cals, 30 mins stair master and 20k steps a day. 7kg left c on.

i've had many binges throughout the whole journey and i think it doesnt matter as long as u dont give up fully and start coping on goyslop

Nigga losing weight is the easiest part of looksmaxxing for a few reasons

  1. Losing weight is easier than intentionally gaining weight
  2. The most straight forward softmaxx of all time. No questioning or analyzing
  3. The biggest ROI you can ever have, even bigger than hardmaxxing
Just stop eating shitty ass processed food so your brain can detach from deriving pleasure from it (This is what makes it hard right here). Eating processed food stimulates your dopamine receptors in a way that makes it similar to being on drugs but to a lesser effect. It's only hard to give up shit food for the first week. After that, it's easy as fuck as long as you dont intentionally decide "just a taste".

Just do a debloat and don't touch sodium. Cut out all processed food. Also cut out all added sugar to minimize cravings to eat processed food. Your face will look like you dropped 4% bodyfat without actually losing any. Best part: it only takes 1 week of doing this. Get started boss.

Edit: Drink a gallon of water a day. Non-disputable even if you continue to eat like shit. You will look slimmer after doing this.

Eat eggs and ground beef in an insane caloric deficit and you'll be fine
