Slightly leaner face but mainly more defined muscle (although I’m probably losing a fuck ton of it). Mood is fucking shit but my aim is 77kg

how'd ya do it
1600-1800 calories a day (on 2400-2600 maintenance) gym celling every 2 days and at least 10k+ steps walking daily
