I go to bed everyday in 1000 calorie defecit scared shitless that im only losing muscle

I just want this shit to be over with so I can start maingaining

as long as u keep your strenght in the gym and eat an adeguate amount of protein u won't lose muscle, u'll lose water, glycogen and fat

I eat 1500 kcal which is basically around 1000 kcal deficit eating high protein and not only i maintained strength but my lifts went up

Muscle is such a cope, once you're lean enough you can gain it all back with a minimal surplus and PEDs anyways. Now get lean
