Vegetables aren't really for humans but fruits atleast are

We can observe a lot of other animals just picking a few fruits from trees/bushes in their natural habitat

humans aren't called hunters and gatherers just for fun

Fruits contain fructose which causes extreme glycation damage. Avoid them.

I've got chronically high LDL, but it went down lately as I'm eating less carbs and more steak and ground beef with eggs milk some fruits and shit

There’s no evidence to provide cause and effect to having high “LDL” to cause any form of diseases whatsoever.
