And I am saying this as a dark eyed guy who irl eyecomplimentsmog most blue eyed guys when interacting with women.

If you have dark eyebrows , no matter if you are prettyboy or masc light eyes are always better (if everything else, like shape, is equal) because of the added contrast with the eyebrows. Bonus point of you have strong lashes. Limbal ring is kinda important tho.

That's right. Contrast is key. Dark brows and lashes with light eyes. Doesn't even matter if eyes are blue, green or even hazel as long as there is visible contrast to the brows and lashes. Light eyes with light lashes and brows don't look special though.
