My entire family is obese except for me.
Obesity doesn’t run in my family so it’s strange to see. He used to be really skinny when he was younger to the point you could see his rib cage sticking out.

In the club normally the girls are the ones to approach me, everyone being drunk in that situation obviously. Outside of that I tend to just stay in my room if im not in the gym or in class

That means you're good looking if you're getting approached. Sounds like me, I stay inside all the time which is bad. Try to get out more and cut down on the alcohol so you can be comfortable in your own skin even without alcohol.
