One thing i noticed is that western women look noticeably worse than "more" ethnic looking girls - still white passing - in ethnic countries, past the age of 20 yo, unfrauded. But the thing of white women is to to able to fraud their way to stacy tier for the best of them.

Very true, it's the same issue with asian women - i mean mongoloid skull.
Usually the ethnic girls with attractive phenotype don't even know how to do a good makeup and genuinely look worse with make up on because not done well. It requires some skills to be a good frauder.
