Is it useless?
Im planing on like 700 cals deficit and dont know if i will ever gain any muscles
Im 106 kgs at 5'7 so fat burn can help lower the muscle lossšŸ˜•

No, it’s totally not useless , and in your situation, you can really gain muscle while losing fat
But you have to lift consistently to not lose muscles or be a skinny bitch.

  • Hit your protein target daily,
    • Protein: aim for 2–4 g per kg of your target body weight
  • If you do cardio , Don’t overdo it.
  • Train with intensity and progression,
  • Sleep well and recover,
  • Stay consistent over months, not days.
Pros Tip:
  • Taking steroids for better results
Potential Issues : If you feel constantly exhausted, can’t progress in the gym, or your sleep and mood suffer badly, the deficit may be a touch too large. A 500 kcal...
eat more protein

i would stick to 200-300 defecit.

If you don't lift, your body will lose muscle instead of fat making you look worse and making FATLOSS longer

this is because muscle is a better energy source than fat for your body to use, so if your lifting, you will basically send a signal for your body to hold onto its muscle

And you need to train legs or else you will be underweight

Sorry, I didn't read the title

if your actually 106kgs at 5,7 then you can totally gain muscle on that deficit, you can even go lower and still gain muscle

i thought u were a normal weight just wanted to be a little leaner

i would rather start at the gym being obese than really skinny, so my answer on the thread segues.
muscle>getting lean, stay insecure for a few years as i am for a better end result. Realistically if you prioritize losing weight, once you do, you'll be insecure that you arent muscular, and wish you had just build muscle as you "bulk" :lul:

i would rather start at the gym being obese than really skinny, so my answer on the thread segues.
muscle>getting lean, stay insecure for a few years as i am for a better end result. Realistically if you prioritize losing weight, once you do, you'll be insecure that you arent muscular, and wish you had just build muscle as you "bulk" :lul:
bruh, you will literally be subhuman for 3 years straight while if you would cut with 700-1000 deficit you would get lean and look a ton better what mostly matters is neck and shoulder anyways and you could get to 20 ffmi while lifting in a big deficit anyways

At my height im too unmotivated to lose weight starving
I mean you can start with 2000 calories because ur maintenance is so high, eventually thats gonna have to go down once u get leaner and leaner

lifting in calorie deficit is supposed to give a signal to your muscles so they dont burn, but you cant grow them in deficit without steroids

My suggestion is agressive cut (1000-1500cal) till 80kg then cut at like 500cal

(Coming from someone who was fat)

You say this as if getting lean will be a fast process, or building a good physique is once skinny too.
Getting lean will benefit you at any age dude, why rush the process
