lip lift, rhino or canthoplasty ? which surgery should i get this summer ? (can only get one)

i dont want to pick the wrong surgery plz give advice

my lower third, height and hair are the only good things abt me, all the rest is FUCKED

lip lift would be good to reduce philtrum and make my chin and whole lower third look better

rhino would give me better nose, also when i smile my lose get a lot bigger which descend me

and i also have nct but no one seems to know any surgeon except taban and the overpriced italian dude

Opt for a canthopexy. It’ll correct NCT but doesn’t cut the tendons and reshape the eye, it only tightens the tendons.
