Do your molars need to be touching?

Do your molars need to be touching?
The main idea is to add pressure to your palate upward. As long as your tongue is adding pressure and your teeth are touching at some point you should be good

No, if your teeth are aligned well your front teeth should be touching (bottom front touching the inside of the front top) which stops molars from being able to touch normally, I dont think it matters too much and it might correct itself over time

Just make sure your mouth is completely close for effective jewing

i dont think you should have your molars touching as an overbitecel, maybe close but not touching.

if your in development, tongue matters more.
