How did you come to this conclusion

watched a documentary. can't remember the scientific reasons atm, it had sth to do with Antioxidants in our body and the things in our body that are responsible for replacing our dead cells to new ones, and these cucks reduce over time but if you keep living in extreme conditions due to the fact that our body keeps producing Antioxidants and other things just to survive, these cucks won't reduce that much over time.
