Lower Jaw expansion

What is lower jaw version of MASPE/MARPE and does it even exist is is bone surgery necessary.

Also is MASPE worth it? I've been considering it but I don't want to make my lower to upper jaw ratio worse

check ur palate if u want to know if MASPE is worth it, and there’s no version to expand the lower jaw, the lower jaw doesn’t have sutures like the upper jaw, only sort of “expander” for the lower jaw is Damon braces as they align ur teeth outward
