7 day break reset tolerance by 50%

I only take phenibut for now. Lyrica is prescription only in sweden and it's also classed as a narcotic here so it's only possible to buy from dealers on the streets (or perhaps dark web , but risky,). That's too expensive though so I just take high dose phenibut instead to get similar effects

I think lyrica n phenibut have the same mechanism of action on GABA

Its just that you need higher dosages of phenibut for the effects to be equal to lyrica

Hey dude, I felt absolutely normal in the morning

Yesterday I did 300mg again (after the 300 I did in the morning) because I was going clubbing so total 600mg for the day.

My experience clubbing was great. I was very low inhib. Felt like a bit of a God, I was really friendly to people and two people told me that they 'love my vibe'. I got female attention like girls backing up on my but I still have no clue how to escelate so nothing happens. One girl was getting really frustrated with me. didn't really feel the effects as much because I had just had dinner before consuming.

I nearly got kicked out the club. I was trying to dance with this girl I found attractive and there was this faggot like pushing me away (he was like a 5'6 nerd. He was obviously very jealous. I ended up grabbing his arms and asking 'What the fuck is wrong with you?!' I was very close to punching him tbh but security came and I explained the situation, they were sympathetic and let me stay.

Today I did another 300mg in the morning (8am ish) and still feeling the effects. I wanted to do 150mg but wasn't able to split the pill and I was in a rush.

Todays 300mg hit me hard. I went to gym in the morning and was just so happy, didn't give a fuck about being judged and had an amazing workout. Was loving the music even more than usual.

But yeah 300mg is too much. I had someone tell me I am walking like a drunk person today. I'll do 150mg tomorrow and see how that goes.

It's freshers week in the UK. So will be partying every day this week. Will probs take lyrica most days this week and then stop taking it for a while.

I'm kinda frustrated I didn't go to a pschaiatrist and get anti anxiewty/depression meds when I was younger. I wasted a large ammount of my youth stuck in my house because of anxiety and BDD. But oh well, no point dwelling on the past tbh.
