So how should i beginn. It's an healthy exercise to do, jumping is an natural movement anyway and the human body is naturally good at our human skills.

I did maasai jumps for 2 weeks now and i already have less joint pain and i feel way more tension in my legs (feels like growing) SPAMM MILK WITH IT

bro I've been on this path before obsessing over height just accept your genes what you shouldn't accept is ypur face that's what you should focus on

try it with a rope on ur neck
