Intensity how hard I can go
Form VS reps and weight

Eating enough food every day
I am starting to eat more but I sleep a lot during the day and stay up so my eating schedule is really weird and I seem to skip breakfast

Oddly enough, I find it harder to eat a lot of food when I gymcel. When I lounge around and do nothing, I always feel really hungry.

Idk the answer to that ngl that’s brutal I can do 115 so far max it’s subhuman but it’s only been like 4 weeks I’m skinny asf

I think it’s also harder to eat as much healthy food as possible I tend to eat shit with good food
