Having lean-muscle decreases your resting metabolic rate, which helps you not only lose weight faster, but maintain that weight-loss. If you look at my delts and traps, you can see I've built lean-muscle there. It's only in the last 2 weeks, where I've gotten lazy. Managing working hours with gym also. My working hours are increasing more and more with every week that passes and Covid restrictions get lesser. You see, but I am going to navigate around this shit now.

You should do 1-2 2 days fasts a month bro. The first days of those fasts will mainly be burning carbs unless you minimize carbs in as you prepare for it. Your body will undergo a state of ketosis eventually when it will primarily burn body fat over carbs. Make sure you drink black coffee to minimize appetite and if you are craving flavor then add an artificial flavor to your water. Ive fasted a few times so far and in 3 months have gone down from 20% to 16% bf. Dont neglect lifting while you fast no matter how tired you are. Half efforted lifting while exhausted> No lifting at all.

Having lean-muscle decreases your resting metabolic rate,
*increases.

Also ur working hours increasing is a major positive unless ur jobs is just sitting down all day. Activity is activity, whether its @ work or on the treadmill.

Brain typo. Meant increases* of course lol

I am not sitting down all day. No activity is not activity. Idle activity such as walking around in a shirt and tie selling stuff to people is exclusively just pressure on the knees most of the time. I am an estate agent.

its all calories in/out. Simply walking mogs sitting down. And if its continuous walking for couple hrs then it gigamogs walking.

1hr of walking is like 130+ cals MORE THAN SITTING(obvs depends on bodywght)... so 6hrs of walking @ work = 780-900 EXTRA cals burnt.

Good luck getting that in your HIIT session. Newbies think that 20 min of jogging is more effective cuz its " tougher".
Cope.... and ur welcome nigga

Yeah dude it's never anything like 6 or even 1 hours worth of walking, lol. Or even close.

I am an estate agent. I drive from place to place. When I am up and walking it is in very short bursts. I am mostly talking and staninding around while the client(s) look at the property
